CODE OF CONDUCT
All attendees, sponsors, volunteers, and mentors at UnlockedHacks are required to agree to the following code of conduct to ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
1. Our Pledge
We are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all hackers, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment in any form.
2. Expected Behavior
- Be respectful and collaborative with teammates, competitors, and mentors.
- Encourage beginners and offer assistance where possible.
- Respect the venue rules and clean up after your team.
- Keep all hacking content and slides appropriate for a high school age group.
3. Unacceptable Behavior
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, sustained disruption of talks, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Hackers asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
4. Reporting & Enforcement
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact an organizer immediately, or email us directly.
